DELUXE – Stem 31,8mm

Description

Deluxe – a ridiculous stem for your enduro, all-mountain or XC bicycle.
We used 100% of our brain and topology optimized the hell out of a stem. Not possible to machine so we 3D printed it from titanium. And of course, used titanium screws as well.

Yellow bushings are made of softer aluminum. We put them there to make assembly easier and to even out the clamp force to the handlebar, especially good for carbon handlebars.

Will easily fit handlebars with rise of less then maybe 20-25mm, more difficult with more rise.

Fork diameter: 28,6mm (1 1/8″)

Weight: 116g incl. titanium screws. cap and gold rings.

Will fit with some handlebars this instruction:
1: Unmount everything on one side of the handlebar.
2: Mount one of the bushings.
3: Remove the two handlebar screws and use a flat screw driver to gently increase the diameter.
4: Gently insert the handlebar.
5: Mount the second bushing
6: See that the bushings are positioned correct against the small edge.
7: Assembly everything and tighten to MAX 6Nm.
