LEK – Stem 35mm

Description

LEK – a stem for enduro, all-mountain and XC bikes.
Made from 7075-T6 aluminum.

Yellow bushings are made of softer aluminum. We put them there to make assembly easier and to even out the clamp force to the handlebar, especially good for carbon handlebars.

Fork diameter: 28,6mm (1 1/8″)

Weight: 170g incl. screws.

Will fit with most handlebars with this instruction:
1: Unmount everything on one side of the handlebar.
2: Mount one of the bushings.
3: Remove the two handlebar screws and mount one a screw in the middle hole. Use it to increase the diameter.
4: Gently insert the handlebar.
5: Mount the second bushing
6: Unscrew the middle hole screw. See that the bushings are positioned correct against the small edge.
7: Assembly everything and tighten to MAX 6Nm.
